STORAGE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
Your client is one of the largest consultancy in world is currently seeking for a Storage Administrator Specialist to work along side with their client in Luxembourg for an initially a 6 months contract with a view to extend.
Your responsibility as a Storage Administrator includes but not limit too:
Provision, maintain and monitor storage environment
Maintain standard operation procedures
Provide storage related information to the management as well as to other teams
Support and assist with delivery of the project objectives
Be responsible for delivering day to day operations to the customer
Identify and isolate potential issues in the storage infrastructure
Act as link between the vendor and storage environment, manage case opening and update, monitor the progress until complete resolution
Provide support information needed for issue resolution with vendor
Perform any other job related instructions as requested, with reasonable accommodation.
Essential skills required :
Good knowledge of Storage systems, SAN networks and related technologies
2 years experience with HDS storage.
Min of 2 years of relevant technical experience in storage environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem solver
A team player with strong relationship skills dealing with outside entities
Flexibility and drive to step up to solve the problems
