DURATION: 3 months initially
Our client is currently seeking the services of an experienced Storage Consultant to assist on a review of their customers existing systems.
GENERAL SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENT:
Mandatory:
EMC VBlock/Isilon
Operational expertise, and the ability to review operational health of an installed system.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Initially we need someone on site to help review our whole disk layout and management of it and report on where we are - in terms of capacity/resiliency and general well-being.
After this is completed we would like the resident engineer to work with the 3rd level support and SNOC teams with the day to day operation of the VBlock and Isilon infrastructure.
