Storage Administrator SAN

For one of our clients, Rendeck Automatisering is looking for a STORAGE ADMINISTRATOR SAN.

Start: ASAP.
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Location: Amstelveen/Amsterdam
Deployment: fulltime
Rate: Euros 50,00 per hour (all-inclusive, ex. VAT)

Experience:
AT LEAST 5 YEAR TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE IN LARGE HIGH AVAILABILITY SAN ENVIRONMENTS

Skills:

Required Technical skills
- Good knowledge of storage network concepts in a SAN-environment (Brocade Switches, directors, INA)
- Good knowledge of IBM storage disk devices (ds8x00, XIV, V7000)
- Good knowledge of storage virtualisation (SVC)
- Good knowledge of Flashcopy, Metro Mirror
- Basic knowledge of data management in a SAN environment
- Basic knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems

- Shall be working procedural
- Strong team worker.
- Shall have social competence
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Problem Determination & analysis skills - high level
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Will be expected to perform work outside office hours in order to support customer changes
