Serialization Supply Chain Project manager/associate

Mission responsibilities:

* Assist the Supply Chain Serialization Program Manager in duly representing the Supply Chain in the Serialization Program Management Organization;
* Provide project management services in scope of the supply chain part of the Serialization Program: project planning, KPI reporting, Action log and status monitoring, project summary reports and other.
* Meeting organization and facilitation: planning, invitation, agenda, lead or assist in leading, minuting and other.
* Communication planning, preparation and execution: this to have regular project communication given out into the broader supply chain and stakeholder organization;
* Acting as delegate of the Supply Chain Serialization Program Manager for selective events and certain instances.

Specific professional/technical expertise and key skills required:

* General knowledge and/or experience with supply chain processes; experience in distribution/logistics/3Pls and in customer service are of added value
* Relevant industry experience- pharma, chemical or even high-tech/FMCG but at least in a make environment;
* Hard project management skills and at least 5 years practical experience with relevant tools (ie MS projects), Methodologies (ie PRINCE, Lean6Sigma, ..);
* Excellent communication skills both in oral and writing, English mandatory, additional languages (in particular French) can be of added value;
* Intercultural experience having worked multiple years and in multiple organizations with an international scope and with and international peer group or project-team;
* Personality characterized as: structured and organized, self-starting, empathic, customer oriented, natural communicator, demanding, rigorous and disciplined;
