STB ( Set top Box ) Engineer/Developer - Amsterdam

For one of our clients we are looking for an STB ( Set top Box ) Engineer/Developer.

Design and Analyze STB devices and platforms.
Collaborate with other customer engineering teams to ensure successful development of devices
10+ years of experience in broadcast and streaming application development with minimum 8 years of total Software development experience
Knowledge on Broadcast Middleware solution and DRM/CAS
Good understanding of Embedded system concepts
Good understanding of Linux userspace and Kernel programming.
Good understanding of GCC toolchain and make.
Good understanding of C++ concepts, data structures and design patterns.
Good understanding of RTOS concepts and IPC mechanisms in Embedded systems

Mandatory Experience with: Kernel Programming, Digital Broadcast, STB - Set Top Box Digital TV Applications, STB - Set Top Box Digital TV Middleware, STB - Set Top Box Digital TV System SW

Desirable Skills: knowledge of Embedded Systems
