Statutory Accountant

Our client, a global leading player within the insurance field is looking for a Statutory Accountant to work on a initial 3 month contract with a view to extension based in Liverpool.

As a Statutory Accountant you will be involved in the production of Statutory accounts and comparing to previous years. The role will involve working as a member of the Accounts team where you will be involved in engaging with other finance team members to produce statutory accounts, as well as working closely with the team lead.

Core Duties

Production of Statutory accounts

Report to permanent team leader

Interact with various team members

Ability to hit the ground running

Compare accounts to previous year

Required Skills

Must be a Qualified accountant

Statutory account experience is key for this role

Consultancy or Audit experience would be beneficial for the role.
