PRG are working with this leading financial services client to recruit a Statutory Accountant, initially on a contract basis, with opportunity to work in key projects.
This role is based in Edinburgh and will work alongside an experienced qualified team.
You will be a qualified accountant, ideally coming from another financial service organisation or mid/top tier practice firm.
Reporting to Senior Finance Manager the key responsibilities of the role are:
&bull Delivery of Statutory Accounts for key investments
&bull Financial Control Reconciliations
&bull Deliver Group Reporting requirements
&bull Balance Sheet reporting
&bull Management Accounts preparation
&bull Regulatory returns
Initially, this role will be a contract position and will also be involved in key projects being delivered, which can result in further extension to the contract or an offer to be made permanent.
