Statutory Accountant

My client is a well known Financial Services Consultancy. They are currently recruiting for a Statutory accountant with UK GAAP experience.

This is an urgent hire and interviews will be taking place in the near future.

A description of the candidate requirements is outlined below:

- Previous experience of statutory accounts preparation in UK GAAP from source information, including knowledge of key disclosures within a set of financial statements.
- Experience of preparing management accounts and providing accounting assistance to clients including period end adjustments for debtors, creditors, accruals and prepayments.
- Knowledge of working with auditors and completing audit adjustments.
- Previous experience of preparing and submitting VAT returns would be helpful
- Qualified in ACCA or ACA.
