Yoh has a contract opportunity for a STATISTICIAN 4.2 to join our client in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- AA SFE team is help on SFE project delivery on analytics and modelling, as well as helping consulting team with methodology when it comes to data insight and analytics related needs for commercial and in particular, sales force and physician related business consulting and analysis
- The core competency requirements lie in statistical modelling and business analysis, with a strong capacity to communicate well with consulting and client

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Requires a Master's Degree in Statistics.
- Data knowledge in physician level, outlet level Rx data is a must
- Extensive knowledge and experience in managed care data (plan/payer data), medical claim data, patient longitudinal data, healthcare affiliation data, etc.
- Data process: including access and read in different data, data merge, integration and analysis, summary statistics
- Programming expertise in more than one of the following: Oracle/SQL; SAS ; Microsoft applications, R/Revolution R, WPS, SPSS, VBA, any graphic and geographic mapping software skills
- Advanced modelling: clustering analysis, decision tree, optimization algorithm, financial modelling and analysis, control-test design and analysis, time series analysis
- Logical thinking and inference: demonstrated clear and logical thinking, able to prioritize, strong ability in hypothesis formulation and knows how to ask right questions and how to look for answers/solutions
- Commercial analysis: sales and marketing analytics, launch tracking, segmentation ad targeting, sales force effectiveness, promotion response and effectiveness analysis, sales force sizing, sales force structure, etc.
- Incentive compensation and territory alignment experience
- Managed care/insurance plan analytics
- ROI analysis
- Effective internal and external client communications
- Team work spirit, listens and responds well to internal and external needs
- Work well under pressure and deadlines
- Strong QC mentality and habit
