They currently require a Workstream Lead in the Stations and Property workstream. The position will involve a high degree of understanding of estates, including stations and property and areas such as stations access, lease arrangements and having a grasp of issues which may occur in these areas. There will be areas of analysis with the responsibility to formulate a strategy that will be included in the bid submitted to the DfT. Some of the information to be analysed will be made available in the form of a "data room" but the position will also involve getting out to the "patch", undertaking hands-on research. You will also be responsible for the authoring of this section of the bid.
We are interested in hearing from experienced TOC Property/Stations Senior Managers, with strong analysis & strategy skills. Experience of rail franchise bidding & RADAR is advantageous but not essential.
