ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be reporting to the ANZ Sales Manager, you will be supporting all of the State operation and sales. Your primary focus will be to ensure the continuity and growth of the business and to manage the expectations of the clients and they are serviced to the highest standard. You will also make sure the business operations and its infrastructure run smoothly and look at ways to improve processes and performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Business development
- Management of a State Office.
- Performance and process improvements
- Engaging and adding true value to client and key stakeholders
- Ensure that the business operations and its infrastructure run smoothly

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales and Operation Management
- Experience in the electronic component industry
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Management experience of customer facing personnel.
- Technical understanding of Electronics would be a benefit
