State RAN Roll Out Manager

The Role:

Assume a high level of responsibility for management of all RAN related projects including:

- Planning, Forecasting and controlling a major RAN Project.
- Managing Risks
- Control, Manage, prepare and monitor project phases.
- Cost Control/ensure financials documentation.
- Management of Escalations
- Ensure operational effectiveness
- Manage Customer Relationships effectively during RAN deployments
- Ensure best practice is being adhered to
- Implement project governance.
- Manage multiple resources.
- Ensure milestones during the deployment phase are being met
- Drive and create Service Strategies
- Maintain clear communications with all parties

Your Background:

- 10 + years of relevant Telco experience MUST have.
- You must have RECENT experience as a RAN Roll out Manager delivering LTE/RAN/4G programs.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple RAN projects.
- We need a very clear communicator.
