Starters Job - Pre Screen Tester - Full Training Provided

My client manufactures hardware for the financial transactions market and is the major player in providing solutions for this area.

For their manufacturing facility in Maastricht we are looking for new employees to strengthen the current team.

As a Pre-screen tester you will be involved in New Product Introduction within a manufacturing environment. You will be required to test the configuration of a wide variety of hardware components/modules with minimum technical assistance.

Full training will be provided
Preferably candidates should have an affinity with hardware and electrical components.

Other tasks include:
You will be required to clean assmeblies as well as improving on effectiveness and quality of the testing processes.
Be part of a team providing test and diagnostic services.
Makes routine adjustments to work area machines or systems
Perform periodic preventive maintenance and make necessary repairs on test fixtures
Additional training will be provided to meet changing business requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent - Starters job

0-1 years of related experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Demonstrates the ability to understand the fundamental principles and elements of problem solving techniques and with guidance can follow set procedures and guidelines established by the company for problem solving

Ability to use appropriate tools and forms, collect necessary data, and can identify problems and determine efficient and effective solutions

Demonstrates the ability to understand the basic fundamentals of, and the need for, a quality effort in all tasks undertaken

Demonstrates the ability to gather data for examination in a pre-determined format following specified steps or directions
