Stakeholder and Engagement Coordinator

For our Life Science client in Basel, we are seeking a Stakeholder Coordinator

Start Date: 01/02/16

End Date: 31/12/16 + extensions

Location: Basel Area

Language: English (German is a plus)

The Project:

- Our client is carrying out a change project, to increase the adoption of the Google suite and productivity applications

Your Role:

-You will report to the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
-You will support the OCM Lead and three Engagement Leads, based in Europe, America and APAC
-Support the OCM Lead to develop a stakeholder map and ADKAR scorecard

o Ensure this is integrated into team meetings

-Liaise with business partners, stakeholders and stream leads
-Support OCM stream to establish a global adoption network across 15 sites

o Schedule network training, supporting sites with materials and content for training sessions

-Host, organise and manage stakeholder engagements
-Create and maintain the Global KPI dashboard, working with the OCM and Project Streams
-Collaborate with the OCM Lead, ensuring governance standards are maintained
-10-20% travel across Europe will be required

Your Experience:

-Project Management Experience
-Commercial experience in a multinational company
-IT Implementation projects
-Strong relationships building skills
-Fluency in English - German is a plus

Plus Skills:

-Familiarity with the Google Suite
-Change Projects
-Knowledge of change methodologies
