Staging Manager

Our client is looking for a Staging Technician to be Responsible for assisting the Staging Manager with supervision of the engineers and technicians working within the staging facility.

Responsibilities include;
* Ensuring a secure, controlled environment is maintained with only authorised personnel being admitted access and storage of any secure items is maintained in the appropriate manner.
* Responsible for assisting the staging manager with planning and organising the workflow through the staging operation to ensure ATM's are available by the required deadlines.
* Required to perform work on financial/ATM products; Make minor repairs and replace components.
* Responsible for testing of equipment; May also perform required modular swaps and unit replacements.. Responsible for staging ATM's to the required customer specification ready for deployment to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
* Responsible for assessments and refurbishments on used ATM's as per elements stated on the customer refurbishment Matrix to enable redeployment.
* Accurate recording and reporting of work carried out and ensuring any paperwork and sign off compliance has been met.. Responsible for ownership of problems that arise on any ATM's being worked on until the situation has been resolved to enable the ATM to be deployed.
* Build working relationships with internal colleagues and suppliers to develop an efficient, effective staging operation. Represents the client in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company
* Responsible for all assets that will be used in the delivery of customer services (ie tools, software, vehicles, documentation, and intellectual property), or as assigned by management; Maintain an appropriate parts inventory as well as parts record keeping
