WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- This role will support the broader people focused change management (training, communications, and support) efforts for Global Staffing recruiting process and applicant tracking system
- The work will focus on enabling and expanding existing logistic, communication, and training focused initiatives. In partnership with subject matter experts, this will involve the build and roll out of global training programs and projects, multi-site communications and collaboration activities, as well as targeted improvement initiatives
- The role will involve the preparation, facilitation, documentation, and follow through for meetings
- Scheduling and handling logistics of meetings
- Facilitating and supporting meeting agenda creation, speaker preparation, content creation and review, notes and action item documentation and tracking
- Analyzing stakeholders and audience needs
- Supporting training and internal communication plans, content build, content updates and management, tracking usage and effectiveness
- Facilitating and coordinating reviews of content in a timely and high quality manner
- Maintaining and updating central calendars and schedules
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three (3) or more years' in both training (managing programs, materials, and continuous improvement) and communications (message crafting, audience analysis, positioning tactics, building infrastructure, etc.)
- Ideally two (2)+ years working with HR or Staffing processes and systems large or enterprise scale organizations
- Additionally, high proficiency in and experience using MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) will be needed
- Having a proactive, mindful approach will go a long way to do the role well
- We are seeking candidates demonstrating 3+ years in positions requiring excellent administrative, detail focused execution and operational management
- We need this candidate to possess 3+ years' experience managing large evolving datasets including accurate application of V-lookups and Pivot tables
- Ideally 2+ years working with HR or Staffing processes, systems and data at large or enterprise scale organizations
