Salary up to £ 32,500 FTC

The post holder will support the Sisters and Senior Staff Nurses to ensure the smooth running of the LFC. Assist couples undergoing fertility treatments and be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient treatment cycles. Maintain effective communication channels between patients, staff and satellite services. Maintain the highest standard of clinical practice and patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Direct liaison with Consultants and other departments
•Assess, plan and deliver fertility treatments and be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient treatment cycles
•Maintain effective communication channels between patients, staff and satellite services
•Coordinating the care of satellite patients
•Assist couples undergoing fertility treatments and be responsible for implementing treatment cycles for patients who have monitoring done outside the clinic
•Maintain the highest standard of clinical practice and patient care
•To enter patient information and treatment cycles on the computer and maintain and update as required

Skills & Experience
•RGN with experience in a relevant field
•Previous recent experience in an IVF setting/Fertility Clinic
•A working knowledge of the HFEA code of practice
•Phlebotomy skills would be desirable
•Confident communicator with high levels of written and spoken English
•Women's health experience, including management of patients having 1st trimester complications & miscarriage, would be desirable
