IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Find, review and select digital assets from existing systems to be migrated to the new marketing resource management system, e.g. media manager, e-brochure, share drives, DVDs and CDs
-Apply consistent tagging and categorization of all files to be uploaded and take charge of the uploads
-Get trained on the new system and support the graphic designers in the conversion of artwork to templates to be uploaded
-Support and train employees on how to convert files and do the uploads for the ongoing activities after handover
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Good experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and one or two web content management systems (preferably Brand Bridge)
-Experience administering a Digital Asset Management tool is highly desired
-Attention to detail and structured approach to tasks
-Fluent in English and German
-Good communication skills
