A STAFF COST ANALYST is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Dayton, OH.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- The Staff Cost Analyst will use experience and expertise to solve problems effect short-term and some long-term business goals review and prepare accounting records.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide comprehensive cost or program analysis for assigned area.
- Conduct analysis of cost and expense data as needed.
- Ensure accounting accuracy of systems and cost data.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting internally and externally.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Analyze, consolidate, and communicate shop expense information.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Oversee the GRNI process for accounts payable.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BA Degree in Finance or Accounting or HS Diploma GED with minimum of 4 years accounting/finance experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in accounting or Cost Analyst positions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and Office.
- This is a twelve (12) month contract, paying $28.62 per hour.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- CPA or MBA with Finance focus.
