Staff Analyst II Job

STAFF ANALYST II needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CHARLESTON, SC.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Collects and assembles data from multiple sources, creating and updating weekly charts for senior management.
- Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.
- Supports the staffing for over 200 managers and many program needs.
- Also supporting the database for tracking over 2000 employees and the status of their movement and assignments.
- Supporting the hiring process for new engineers and interns and their on-boarding and communication.
- Maintains and updates process documentation of current roles.
- Gathers customer requirements for projects.
- Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives. Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements.
- Provides status reports.
- Maintains and tracks training requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree
- (3) three or more years' related work experience
