SSRS/SSAS Developer

We are looking for a  SSAS/SSRS Senior Developer in CT, details:

LOCATION: Hartford, CT

Contract: 6 months+

Start: 1-2 weeks

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree required
6+ years of Full Development Life Cycle experience in DW projects using any SDLC methodologies
Must have strong 3+ years of experience in SSAS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player, self-starter, motivated, and multi- task oriented
Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects.
Strong written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to building relationships with others in the IT department
Solid understanding of Data warehousing concepts and ETL solutinos
Ability to prioritize work requirements
Ability to continuously seek out and discover root cause relationships and conclusions that are not always intuitively obvious or based solely on past experience

Preferred Skills:
Prior Insurance Domain experience

Job Description
Must have 6+ years of full life cycle software development experience
Must have strong 3+ years of experience in SSAS & SSRS
Experience of TSQL, SSIS, MDX, and Microsoft Excel required
Must have worked on data warehousing projects
Should have an ability to create complex, high performance stored procedures in SQL Server 2012
Must have an ability to create complex, high-performance views in SQL Server 2012
Must have an experience in data extraction from heterogeneous data sources
Experience in database-related performance tuning
Experience planning and breaking down a task into sub-tasks and estimating effort to perform the work
Should Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends and standards
Must be familiar with various requirements gathering techniques
Must be familiar with configuration management concepts and tools
Must be familiar with software usability concepts
Nice to have exposure on Change Data Capture using SSIS
Insurance Industry experience will be preferred
