We are looking for SSIS DEVELOPER based in DUBLIN, IRELAND for one of our esteemed IT services client:
Title: SSIS Developer
Location: Dublin, Ireland

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business Intelligence Competency Centre (BICC) within ITS. The BICC is responsible for the support and implementation of BI Solutions using a mixture of SAP (Business Warehouse and Business Objects) and Microsoft (SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services) technologies. These BI solutions are designed to assist the reporting and analysis of information to aid decision making and hence increase the company's performance.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The BICC is seeking an intermediate level SSIS developer with Strong IT experience and hands-on practical experience developing and supporting ETL projects developed using Microsoft SSIS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting a number of SSIS and Data-mart solutions including daily checks,monitoring and incident management
- Working on change requests and defects for these solutions.
- Providing Quality Assurance of SSIS packages and Data-mart changes.
- Transition of new SSIS and Data-mart solutions during 2014Synergy & Experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Excellent technical skills in SQL Server 2008 Integration Services
- Excellent knowledge in SQL and T-SQL
- Good communication skills
- Thorough and conscientious worker that will work hard to sure that the customer is getting an excellent service
ADDED ADVANTAGE:
- Experience working in a Energy Utility
- Experience working in SQL Server 2012
- Experience in SQL Server Database Administration
- Microsoft Certifications in SQL Server
- Worked in a Support Role previously.
