Sr. Technology Manager - HR Technology - NYC

In this strategic role, you will lead a team of business analysts, project leads and offshore developers to ensure the successful roll-out of global implementations, upgrades, and enhancements to their existing HRIS application suite (mainly PeopleSoft HR and Workday HR). The main program that you'd be involved with will directly impact the Compensation business, though you will be supporting everyone across the HR Organization. As a result, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight on all IT projects pertaining to their HR stakeholders. In addition, you will be expected to build relationships with senior management on the business and technology side, to ensure a smooth on-boarding and transition into new technologies and processes.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have 10+ years of work experience leading enterprise wide systems implementation and enhancement projects on a global scale, particularly pertaining to Human Resources. Strong working knowledge of Compensation as well as PeopleSoft HR Systems is a must; experience working with Workday HR is a plus but not necessary.
