Omschrijving:
The program aims at implementing a new core HR system (Workday), a new payroll service (SAP/EuHReka), a rebuild data warehouse environment (SAS). The go-live of the program is planned for mid-year 2016.
As the scope of the program is very large, the impact on the HR environment big and the go-live scenarios complicated, a multi-disciplinary multi-vendor go-live team is analyzing, planning and will execute all activities regarding the go-live of the program. The team consists of HR & payroll experts, IT specialists as well as training & communication consultants. The go-live analyst will be member of this go-live team and will report to the go-live manager.
Primary task of the analyst is to analyze and plan a number of areas within the overall go-live strategy. Specifically he must produce detailed migration scenarios and runbooks for the cutover of existing and new IT systems supporting specific HR processes into the new production constellation. Also the analyst will be involved in the execution of the plans and runbooks delivered: the actual go-live.

The go-live analyst must be an experienced professional on the edge of (HR) business and IT.
He must have proven strong experience in taking initiative within a large international organization, joining and leading people towards a common goal.
A proven track record regarding program go-live preparation and execution is a must.
Being self-motivated, self-driven, hands-on and confident/strong also when the going gets tough, are key elements we are looking for in the analysts character.

During Go Live a few critical HR business processes need to continue without an available HR system. Therefore temporary processes and workarounds need to be in place. Synchronizing Workday is considered as an integral part of these processes.
The Go Live Analyst will be responsible for:
- Analyzing the (im)possibilities
- Arranging formal approval on final designs
- Implementation and decommissioning of these temporary processes and workarounds

Defines and details go-live scenarios and run books for specific chains of HR systems and processes, focusing on:
- Freeze periods for functionalities, systems and interfaces
- Data migrations (i.e. Initial Loads)
- Cut overs
- Contingency and rollback scenario's

Facilitates periodical planning sessions
Facilitates cooperation within and between team
Stimulates inter-team collaboration towards an integrated approach
Brings teams together

Participates in the actual go-live execution.
Fulltime, uninterrupted, availability during June, July, August 2016 is required.
Planned and unplanned work outside office hours is integral part of the job, specifically during the actual go-live period.
