Sr. Data Architect Manager - Director - NYC

Main Function We are looking to add an experienced Programme Director to join our development team. The candidate chosen will be responsible for all elements of programme planning and direction for Compliance projects related to data quality and control. Main Duties * Work with the Compliance Business and Data Quality Controls Teams to agree deliverables and ensure that the program is adequately resourced and budgeted * Work with the Compliance Business & Data Quality Controls Teams as well as other members of the Compliance Technology areas to deliver multiple development projects * Work with other Technology teams as required to progress relevant prioritised programs * Provide Technical knowledge input to business partners and work with them to define future program strategy * Work with the Compliance Lead Technical Architect and the Compliance Architecture Authority as required to ensure technical compliance with the overall Compliance architectural vision Person Requirements Basic Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience at one or more investment banks * 6+ years experience managing a portfolio of technology projects related to data distribution architecture * Must have experience partnering with business & architecture functions to agree and deliver future state architecture * Bachelors Degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience at one or more major investment bank preferably in a business analytics role * Experience working with multiple senior business stakeholders and senior stakeholder management skills * Strong people management skills * Strong technical capability * Track record of working as a senior Program Director/Manager in a strategic delivery role * Exposure to trading, middle office and reference data systems * Exposure to Compliance systems: Mantas, Actimize, ArcLogics, Star Compliance, Others * Exposure to Matlab, SAP, R * Experience building Executive Level presentations / dashboards.
