Sr. Credit Risk Manager- Fixed Income

I am currently recruiting a Sr. Fixed Income Credit Risk Manager. The opportunity is located in New York City with a global provide of financial services. This individual will provide analysis in the fixed income space within the risk management division. They will focus on municipal bond funds which will involve collaboration with the portfolio managers and the trading desk. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Enhance and maintain the measurement and reporting of risk and performance from a quantitative and qualitative perspective * Expand the use of key risk analytic systems. * Develop analysis in order to ensure that the drivers of the funds performance are maintained. * Support the investment teams by providing effective and relevant analysis. We are seeking a risk management profession with an advanced degree and 5-10 years of experience in either a portfolio management or risk management role within the financing industry. A firm understanding of the sectors and primary drivers of credit-worthiness in the municipal market, comprehensive knowledge of market-relevant measures of risk, and experience with credit analysis of financial firms or high yield corporate a plus.
