Sr. Clinical Research Associate - Minneapolis - Contract

A leading medical device company, located in Minneapolis, has been experiencing rapid growth and is in need of a Sr. Clinical Research Associate to assist with a 12 month project. The Sr. CRA will manage sites, vendors and the project which is focused in Latin America.

The Sr. CRA will have the following responsibilities:

- Interface with field clinical operations, manufacturing, marketing, sales, distribution, product development, regulatory affairs, and European clinical groups to assist with the successful conduct of assigned studies
- Assist in preparation of study materials and training of investigators and center/field staff
- Write the monitoring plan
- Coordinate wand conduct monitoring to ensure compliance with the protocol and regulations
- Review clinical data and oversee data correction
- Assist clinical research specialists in providing interim and final reports and presentations
- Provide input to study budgets and project plans
- Write sections of the PMA clinical reports
- Oversee activities of CROs

** Position will require up to 35% travel within the U.S., Europe or Latin America **

The Sr. CRA must meet the following requirements

- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years experience as an in-house Clinical Research Associate (MUST HAVE)
- Experience acting as a project manager
- Experience working in the medical device industry
- Experience managing CROs
- Experience working with Latin America
- Expertise with GCPs and regulatory compliance guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Team oriented

Nice to have but not required

- Ability to speak Spanish
