Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Working in a Senior Information Technology role with Microsoft Active Directory, AD LDS, eDirectory and other Virtual Directory Products.
- Architecting and delivering directory solutions built on highly-scalable platforms and technologies, including Windows Server 2003 and 2008.
- LDAP engineer, with eDirectory, Active Directory, SUN One LDAP, Oracle Virtual Directory expertise is to design, implement and test a scalable and secure LDAP-based security infrastructure.
- Engineer Directory solutions for applications and evaluate LDAP-related technologies.
- Develop Directory technology standards and directory synchronization processes.
- Document design, processes, and templates.
- Ability to translate high-level business requirements into meaningful and innovative technical solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies.
- Proficient project execution skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
- Proficient ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology team members, including the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated capacity for gathering and scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions.
- Able to work weekends, shift and on-call if necessary.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Active Directory/DNS/Windows Server 2003/2008 required.
- Experience with PKI required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Experience in NetApp preferred.
- Produce LDAP schema designs and operational plans for populating, maintaining, operating, deployment and enhancement of various forms of Enterprise Level Directories.
- Provide engineering support for the existing directory implementations.
- The right candidate should be proficient with common aspects of directory design (namespace, schema, security, topology, etc.) and be practiced in Schema Extension, Migration and Merging Strategies.
- The person will be expected to work on multiple directory integration efforts, also be involved in the development and deployment of interfaces between the directory and source and target systems, and directory-enabled applications.
- This person will have a heavy influence over the design of these systems, so the ability to resolve conflicting goals of divergent groups is critical.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience with Active Directory with 2 years of implementation experience. Must have complex experience with AD implementation/remediation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate/communicate complex concepts to peers and business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment with short deadlines, interruptions, and multiple tasks/projects occurring at once.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage and mentor others through technical team leadership.
- Proficiency with technologies used to programmatically access LDAP directories (JDNI, LDAP C SDK, ADSI).
- The ability to provide the next LDAP solution and drive concepts.
- Experience with Identity management or desktop management.
- Experience in automating user account and group membership creation, excellent organization, communication, and analytic skills.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and technology infrastructure.
- General understanding of network and database technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Strong technical project management and/or leadership skills including the ability to plan, organize, and control activities.
- Experience in customer-focused environment.
- Experience working in an offshore/onshore collaborative environment.
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management.
