Sr Production Engineer- Denver, CO

An exciting opportunity for Senior Production Engineer with domestic,onshore United States-exploration and production oil and natural gas company. This growing company has operations in Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and Utah.

Primary Responsibilities:

*Review production to identify potential problems.
*Discuss potential problems with Production Manager, company and contract field operations personnel to determine course of action.
*Write completion and re-completion progs.
*Write re-completion and workover AFEs.
*Provide technical and financial analysis support to field operations in efforts to control and reduce LOE.
*Work closely with the field operations staff to optimize artificial lift and facility performance.
*Analyze production data in order to recommend downhole and surface configuration(s) of wells and supplementary processes to enhance production of recently completed and older wells.
*Monitor production volumes on wells utilizing various techniques for tracking production performance.
*Diagnose production enhancement opportunities and make recommendations for improving performance. Evaluate and document results.
*Direct and monitor the evaluation of well productivity, well testing, and well optimization.
*Track, analyze and report daily production volumes from assigned projects.

Education & Experience
*Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or combination of related field experience and /or education.
*Minimum 10 years progressive oil and gas production/completions experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
