SQL/WEBSERVICES DEVELOPER

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for an SQL/WEBSERVICES DEVELOPER WITHIN HUMAN RESOURCES. The successful candidate will take part of implementation of a new HR business solution powered by the cloud-based technology of Workday, which went live in September 2017 and is about to deliver phase of the implementation with further functionalities, enhancements and clean-up.

ROLE:

- Responsible for maintenance and operation of the MS SQL infrastructure within Human Resources
- Maintenance and development of the interfaces between MS SQL based applications and 3rd party systems
- Ensure a proper daily delivery of HR data to several stakeholders within the bank
- Enhancement of the current MS SQL environment

SKILLS

- Planning and implementation of web based applications with HTML5, REST and JavaScript
- Implementation of database concepts and database designs for SQL server 2012/2014 (model first design)
- Professional skills in analysing, design and OO programming
- Professional technical database skills (MS SQL server 2012/2014), T-SQL programming
- Professional skills in web-based technologies (ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JQuery und REST-Services)
- Good skills in the service stack framework (Soap, REST)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project)
- Knowledge of HR systems and/or SAP highly beneficial
- Thorough coordination and organisation skills
- Independent and accurate working style
- Committed, assertive and communicative personality
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
