Der Alarm - und Ereignisassistent (RCS-ALEA) ist eine Teilanwendung von RCS (Rail Control System), welches im Störungsfall die Benutzer divisionsüberschreitend unterstützt. Es hilft bei Alarmierung, Erstellen und Umsetzen von Konzepten (Zug, Tram, Bus).
