SQL Server Developer (T-SQL) - Leeds City Centre - 30-35K

Urgently seeking an experienced database developer with excellent SQL Server / T-SQL expertise to work on a permanent basis for my client; a major supply chain / logistics firm based in central Leeds. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong technical skills with Microsoft SQL-Server 2005 / 2008 and will have strong communication skills.

Required Experience:

o SQL RDBMS (2005 / 2008 R2)
o Transact SQL / T-SQL
o SQL Objects (stored procedures, triggers, views, functions etc)

Desirable Experience:

o SSRS / SQL Server Reporting Services
o VB.Net

This is a brilliant opportunity and will appeal to a candidate who is ambitious and wants to progress within a successful organisation. There is a clear progression structure within this company and whilst initially this requires excellent technical skills with T-SQL, good communication skills are key also as this position is very business facing and could progress into consultancy or management.
