SQL Server Developer - English Speaking Contract in Zurich

For a global bank based here in Zurich we are looking for a SQL Server Developer to join the team.

THE JOB:

- DataMart DB, master system to collect data, answer quieries from Business Users (Finance, Finance conceptions) as well as investige data
- several interfaces to Legacy systems, other Databases and DataMarts, to Data Management System (DMS)
- there is a small Web Application for Business Users to enrich data, jsut creating web formulars to add data
- there is an "admin tool" to administrate the DataMart and the Web Application, diverse user rights definitions
- Hiring Manager is looking for MS SQL server DB Administrator with senior level skills to mainly run and administrate the databases of the DataMart, cooperate with Business Analysts; able to write User Stored Procedures
- Skills: SQL queries skills, experience with lates MS SQL server version, Analysis & Reporting, very strong background in designingGerman speaking environment so German skills welcome but not mandatory; importfirst priority are technical skills, second priority is Banking experience (due to wording & acronyms), also soft skills are important
- since it is Compliance Project candidates must sign NDA
- is a replacement, project running since 6 months
