Permanent Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
Candidates must be within commutable distance of Southampton
My client is looking for an experienced Microsoft SQL DBA to support their growing MS-SQL estate. The candidate must be willing to undertake formal Oracle training (will be provided) to develop Oracle skills as needed to support their shrinking legacy Oracle estate.
Ideal experience for SQL Server DBA: Microsoft SQL database administrator, ITIL aware, production environment application and/or database support in a large organisation
Desirable experience: Oracle DBA, unix shell scripting, oracle e-business suite, software development/coding, code promotion change/release best practices, leadership and developing DBA potential in junior support staffTo find out more about Computer Futures please visit www.computerfutures.com
