SQL Server DBA - English Speaking Contract in Zürich

Projektbeschreibung
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Install, maintain, operate and support the CH MS SQL & Sybase Infrastructure Environment
-Active participation in the resolution of system and performance issues
-Close working relationship with other team members locally and globally to provide understanding across all components of the database environments
-DBA support for development teams and involvement in recommendations for new projects
-Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, high self-motivation, ability to work with minimal guidance
-Knowledge management, including documentation
-OnCall (Pikett)
-Testing of new Database releases/Infrastructure components
-Change and Incident Ticket handling
ESSENTIALS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least 4 years' experience and extensive knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012/214
-Good knowledge of Windows & SQL Server Clustering based on Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 with VERITAS
-Fluent in English
-Knowledge of installing and configuring SQL Server- Reporting Services, Integrations Services, Analysis Services
-Graduate degree or higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
