SQL Server DBA

Function Description
Design, install, configure, tune and maintain multiple databases and related products, following reference architecture and standards.
Develop scripts while providing documentation and procedures
Ensure security, data integrity, and maintain a high level of systems availability
Provide support to developers
Ensure 2nd line support (handling incidents and problems)
Ensure 3rd level support (performance tuning and troubleshooting)
Be able to work in an ITIL-structured environment

Start Date ASAP
Mission duration 3 months of expected mission duration with potential extensions

Education
Bachelor/Master

Languages Requirement
French Preferred
Dutch Preferred
English Must - spoken and written

Experience
Master or equivalent by experience with at least 3 years of experience in a similar function in database administration on Windows systems

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Experience in Database Management in enterprise environments
In depth knowledge of SQL Server DBA 2008 R2 and 2012
Knowledge of SQL Server BI 2008 R2
Security and risk awareness

Preferable
Knowledge and experience with SQL Server Clustering and SQL Server Database Mirroring

Business Experience
