Must Haves:
4 years experience as a DBA
Proven experience with Microsoft SQL 2008R2
SQL Server in a clustered environment
Good T-SQL programming skills
SSRS support and development experience
Documentation skills
Nice to have:
SQL on Vmware
Migration and consolidation experience
