SQL Server Database Administrator- Finance

An International Asset Management Firm requires a SQL Server Production Database Administrator (DBA) at its offices in centralBoston. The primary tasks will involve supporting and engineering a large production environment with 8 TB of Data. The role will require you to offer direction and strategy regarding disaster recovery planning and back up of the organisations business critical systems. Experience using at least SQL Server 2005 is essential (SQL 2008 R2/ 2012 Ideal), as well as knowledge of how to administer a large environment and the challenges that come with it. The role will be focused on core production tasks and dealing with performance issues, as well as some project related work.
