SQL Server Consultant (Entry Level)

Responsibilities:

- Tier 1 Support Analyst - This person will be responsible for supporting several of our SQL based products at our clients.
- There will be little/no travel involved, everything will be done remotely from the Indianapolis office, and most issues are submitted via email.
- This person will need basic SQL Server knowledge with the ability to write simple SQL statements.
- Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Integration Services is a plus, but not required.
- They will need basic troubleshooting skills and basic Web development skills (HTML, ASP).
- Excellent written skills and experience providing excellent customer service is a must.
- This person must be able to perform within Service Level Agreements and under pressure.
- Experience working in the financial industry or health care industry is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Entry level SQL Developer/Data Analyst - This person will be responsible for implementing and supporting two of our products at our clients.
- There will be no travel involved, everything will be done from the Indianapolis office.
- This person will need basic/intermediate SQL Server knowledge, as well as the ability to dive into the data and determine causes of issues and find solutions to those issues.
- They will be working 75% of the time in SQL Server, 20% of the time in SQL Server Integration Services, and the rest will be in setting up various technologies at new clients (installing websites, deploying SSRS reports, etc).
- Must have a solid reputation and references with previous clients, contacts, partners, etc.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills as evidenced by ability to articulate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent client service orientation.
