SQL Server Consultant/Data Management (Dutch Speaking/Financial Servic

A Dutch speaking Data Management Specialist/DBA with 5 years solid experience working within the financial services sector is required by our client in Amsterdam on an initial 6 month contract

The successful applicant will join a team of 12 specialists that work within our clients wealth management business unit that are responsible for their own technical area. As the Data Management Specialist you will be directly accountable for the Design, Implementation, and Management of SQL Databases, Data Warehouse, Data Marts and Data Hubs. In addition to this you will also be responsible for how our clients data layers will be modelled and made available to customers.

Technical Skills:
SQL SERVER DEVELOPMENT, VISUAL BASIC (VBA), DATA HUB PRODUCTS (MARKIT EDM/CADIS), MS WORD AND MS EXCEL.

You should be familiar with Back Office processes within banking systems and have an understanding of techniques, such as ITIL, ASL AND BISL and should be comfortable working to these methodologies.

Our client is looking for a flexible candidate that is customer focussed that has the ability to work calmly under pressure and who is accurate and disciplined.

Candidates that have experience with asset management will be considered advantageous.
