HOURLY/SALARY: to $50 W2

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidates MUST possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

POSITION DETAILS

GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a BI Developer to join an industry leader in Richardson, TX on a contract basis. This role will work heavily with the Microsoft BI stack utilizing both SSRS and SSIS extensively. You must have in-depth experience with database development and administration, as well as SSIS and SSRS configuration and development. This position will be on a medium-sized, growing team. 

POSITION BREAKDOWN

50 % of role that is OLTP Development

30 % of role that is OLAP/BI Development

15 % of role that is Development DBA

5 % of role that is Production DBA

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of experience in the following skill sets

- SQL Server 2005/2008 Database Development - T- SQL/Stored Procedures/Functions, etc.
- SQL Server 2005/2008 - Database Administration/Query Optimization/Performance Tuning /Performance Monitoring
- BI Solutions - Design/Development
- SSIS 2005/2008 - Integration Services
- SSRS 2005/2008 - Reporting Services
- SSAS - Analysis Services
- Design/Development
- Scalable/Reusable ETL Components
- Complex Business Logic
- Design/Development
- Design/Develop Reporting Portals
- Manage Subscriptions/Delivery Methods
- File Sharing
- MDX Querying/Coding
- Cube Design/Development

PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED)

- Visual Studio .NET/C# - Development
- Financial Services Industry experience
