SQL Server Architect/DBA

Our client is currently looking for a SQL Server Architect/DBA for a 12 month contract in Paris, France.

THE CLIENT:

A large scale consultancy (FTSE 500)

JOB ROLE:

- To be the technical leader for SQL Server and manage architecture solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Work in project mode to build Applicative Solutions
- Technical support Level 3
- Designing, installing and upgrading the databases
- Creating  database users and maintaining database system security
- Managing database licenses
- Analyze, specify the monitoring and optimize the performance of the database
- Specify Database backup and recovery

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- SQL Server 2008 et 2012 (stand-alone,  Log-Shipping, Mirroring,  Always-on)
- Oracle 10g, 11gR2 stand alone, RMAN
- OS: Windows 2008 (and 2012)
- Talend (ESB)
- Must be English and French speaking
