SQL Engineer/Administrator - Secret Clearance Job

SQL ENGINEER/ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- MUST HAVE current Secret Clearance
- The expectation is to have documented analysis of the system, and recommendations for improvements and enhancements to improve performance of SQL, and the System overall.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Participates in systems engineering activities which include one or more of the following: Concept of Operations Formulation, Requirements Definition, Analysis and Engineering, System Architecting, System Analysis and Design, Interface and Data Architectures, Validation and Verification, System Integration, System & Op. Performance Analysis, Lifecycle Cost Analysis & Estimation, Decision Analysis and Resolution.
- May serve as sole system engineer on a small to medium sized project, or as team lead for a portion of a large or complex project.
- Plans and executes highly complex engineering activities.
- Principal contributor to systems engineering activities which include one or more of the following: Concept of Operations Formulation, Requirements Definition, Analysis and Engineering, System Architecting, System analysis and design, Interface and Data Architectures, Validation and Verification, System Integration, System & Op.
- Performance Analysis, Lifecycle Cost Analysis & Estimation, Decision Analysis and Resolution. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives.
- Capable of providing solutions to a variety of problems that may arise in a expeditious, efficient, and timely manner.
- Provides guidance to others to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher
- Six (6) years minimum applicable experience
