SQL Developer - Financial Services - Investment Management - Asset Management - SQL - T-SQL - SSIS - SSRS
My client, a leading financial organisation, are currently looking for a SQL Developer to add to their development team based in Luxembourg.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of database development with a primary focus on MS SQL Server and experience with large database deployments.
- Excellent understanding of RDBMS theories normalization and set-based computation.
- Good knowledge of SSIS/SSRS
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with business users and technology teams to translate complex business requirements into a manageable database schema.
- Ability to write complex T-SQL code whilst avoiding deadlocks and other performance and consistency issues (including knowledge of ANSI standards 2008 and 2011).
- Understanding of SQL lock escalation and isolation levels.
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and help the production support team when required.
- Experience with Performance monitoring and tuning
