One of our large Investment Banking clients is looking for a strong SQL Developer/Database expert.

The successful candidate should have advanced SQL Server skills: database design, performance tuning, Analysis services development, SSIS and SSRS skills will be a plus.

The role is well suited to strong developers with a keen interest in financial services. It offers opportunities to learn about technologies used in banking and the opportunity to work with and learn from technologists who are experienced in delivering successful large scale solutions.

The successful candidate will be working on a high profile project in a rapidly expanding business sector.

Responsibilities
* Database design
* Performance tuning
* SSIS ETL development
* SSAS Cube design and development
* SQL Server development

Requirements
* Degree/Masters or equivalent experience.
* technical work experience.
* Experience in Banking/Finance businesses a plus.

Mandatory Technical Skills
-SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
-SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
-SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
-SQL Server 2008

Desirable Technical Skills
-C#
-.Net 3.5 Framework
-Design patterns and OOP
-Oracle technology experience - ETL, Database design and development.
-Python
