SQL Designer

Excellent opportunity for a SQL Designer to work with a major organisation based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in supporting the reporting processes of internal customers Controlling, Consolidation and CFO's. The reporting is based on multi-dimensional cubes using SQL Server 2005 suite in the Back End (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, SQL) .Includes translation of requirements, finding best solutions and realizing technical implementation.

FUNCTIONAL SKILL

- Knowledge of Financial accounting & Management Accounting
- Knowledge of Corporate Performance Management
- Knowledge of multi-dimensional data modelling in general.
- Knowledge of ETL processes in general.
- Ability to write technical specifications for data Modeling & Reporting
- (* Ability to write functional specifications for data Modeling & Reporting)
- Ability to advice customer on design choices.
- Knowledge of Test processes in general.

TECHNICAL SKILL

- In depth knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008
- In depth Knowledge of SQL Server (2005/2008) Integration Services (SSIS)
- In depth knowledge of SQL Server (2005) Analysis Services (SSAS)
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server (2005) Reporting Services (SSRS)

SOFT SKILL

- Ability to quickly gain knowledge of new processes
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Proactive approach

- Perseverance and should be result oriented

DESIRED

- In depth knowledge of Infor PM 10.x - Budgeting (Architect), View Manager
- In depth knowledge of Infor PM 10.x - Reporting: Decision, View Based Excel, Cell Based excel, Production Reporting on SSRS
- Basic knowledge of Infor PM 10.x - Reporting: Decision.
