SQL DBA - £320 - London - SQL 2008

My client has come to me with an urgent need for a SQL DBA with data analysis skills. This role will run for 3 months and be based in Central London at a rate of up to £320 per day.

The company have just produced a new software solution based around SQL for their clients and are growing within the media industry. This is an excellent chance for a SQL DBA to join this media company at a time when this release will elevate their status in the industry.

The role will involve working on the SQL database containing large amounts of customer information with a big emphasis on optimisation. It is imperative that the successful candidate has a detailed knowledge of database structures, performance optimisation and the ability to work to deadlines. The SQL DBA role will not involve maintaining the existing database more optimising it.

Essential Skills for the SQL DBA

- SQL 2008R2
- Performance optimisation
- Detailed knowledge of various database structures
