SQL Database Developer

Currently, we are seeking a SQL database developer to migrate an existing SQL server database containing critical regulatory reporting information from v 2005 to 2008. Selected individual will setup the new database structures and migrate all the existing data to the new server, and perform QA and reconciliation to ensure all pieces of information were transitioned successfully.

Selected individual must be able to perform the following:

- Must be able to map all data fields, database tables and scripts
- Perform data analysis, verify data for quality controls and test data for accuracy pre and post migration.
- Must be able to determine which unused fields, scripts should be must archived
- Update current scripts including SQL, procedures, SSRS, and SSIS to run on the new SQL database
- Experience with data migration SQL 2005 to SQL 2008
- Able to write stored procedures
- SSRS, SSIS is a HUGE plus
- Able to develop a database from the ground up
