SQL Database Developer

SQL Server Database Developer (SSIS, T-SQL) required for a growing IT Support Services organisation based in Hertfordshire. Role will require candidate to take a lead role on projects, working on migrating data from several data sources into new SQL Database's that will have been created from scratch. You will be delivering database solutions utilising the SQL Server 2005/ 2008 R2 platform so experience of implementation, migration is essential. Ad Hoc report writing will be required.

The role will be to offer support on end to end development requirements from requirements gathering through to testing, performance tuning, through to release and initial support.

Key Requirement/ Skills:

Extensive T-SQL Experience

SQL Server 2005 experience (SQL 2008 Desirable)

SSIS (DTS) Experience

SSRS Experience

DBA Experience (Desirable)

Performance Tunning, Triggers, XML

Data Modelling

1+ Full Project Lifecycles

Excellent Communication Skills
