SQL Back Developer /Migration Specialist 3 Month Rolling Contract Newtown - Excellent Rates!

My Key client based in South London, are urgently recruiting for an experienced Back End Lead / Developer with solid knowledge of SQL and demonstrable experience of a recent migration project highly advantageous.

The client is currently using SQL 2005 and planning to migrate to SQL 2008 R2.

Key skills and Accountabilities:

* Upgrade an SQL2005 database to SQL2008
* Encrypt the database with Symantec PGP (Pretty Good Privacy)
* Encrypt a file share on the same host as the database, containing our Custom Excel Design tools
* Using a test client machine install PGP Endpoint
* Check operation of all our Excel tools to ensure they connect to the new Encrypted SQL2008 database, make any configuration changes if necessary.
